About Us
Hi 👋, I'm Kelsey!
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in roles supporting others with their mental health. I have a deep understanding of the messiness that is being human, and from my own lived-experiences, I know that reaching out for support can be challenging. I use these experiences, both personal and professional, to inform my approach in session.
I’ve learned that connection is key, and pride myself on building relationships with clients where they feel seen, heard, and understood. My aim is for our sessions to feel safe, non-judgmental, and to support you with making the changes you wish to see in your life. We will work collaboratively to set therapeutic goals and measure progress along the way. My job is to adjust my approach to you, as an individual.
Being here is a sign you are ready to begin doing ‘the work‘. To learn more about what this could look like, book a free 15-minute consultation call.

Prairie Crocus Counselling & Consulting is located on the original lands of the Annishanabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples and the homeland of the Red River Metis Nation, now known as Treaty 1 territory. We acknowledge that the water we survive upon is sourced from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation.
We acknowledge that here on Turtle Island, for as long as the sun shines, the grasses grow, and the rivers flow, we are all Treaty people. Let us all work together toward what could have always been.
