Welcome to Prairie Crocus Counselling
Fostering resilience through life’s toughest seasons
Your Journey to Empowerment
My mission at Prairie Crocus Counselling is inspired by the juxtaposition of its namesake flower; by the interplay of its light, delicate blooms pushing through the dark, frozen ground. While the flower’s presence is ephemeral, its metaphor endures, and I’ve always been drawn to this beautiful mystery.
Like the prairie crocus thrives among harsh and challenging environments, I focus on empowering my clients towards personal growth and emergence of change, regardless of their life circumstances

Prairie Crocus Counselling & Consulting is located on the original lands of the Annishanabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples and the homeland of the Red River Metis Nation, now known as Treaty 1 territory. We acknowledge that the water we survive upon is sourced from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation.
We acknowledge that here on Turtle Island, for as long as the sun shines, the grasses grow, and the rivers flow, we are all Treaty people. Let us all work together toward what could have always been.
